We are selective with travel and game count. Every game on the schedule should:

  1. challenge the team,

  2. accelerate development, or

  3. prepare us for the postseason.

Training Framework

Off-Season â€‹

  • position-specific small-group training

  • skating treadmill and shooting lane access at Great Lakes Hockey Performance

  • cognitive training through Hockey IntelliGym

In-Season

  • detailed, planned team practices

  • regular treadmill + off-ice integration

  • pre / mid / post-season combines with measurable data

  • 3v3 cross-ice competition when ice is shared (to increase touches & decisions)

  • short, positive Zoom video review sessions using player clips

  • ongoing use of Helios, Arktiqs, and IntelliGym to reinforce development

Postseason Pathway

Compete for Something That Matters

Unlike many Tier I programs where postseason is limited or nonexistent, the Tier II landscape opens the door to:

  • NYSAHA Tier II State Championships

  • potential berth in USA Hockey Tier II Nationals (if qualified)

For 2014 players who want:

  • meaningful stakes

  • high-pressure games

  • banners to chase

…this is a powerful alternative, especially for those currently on non-state-eligible teams in Tier I organizations.

If your player isn’t getting the opportunity they deserve where they are now, they don’t have to settle.

Here, they can develop, play real minutes, and compete for something that matters.
